Since its inception over eight years ago, Premier Cheese has been proud to serve the finest. We are a small, dedicated company which takes great care in sourcing cheeses from Britain, France, Italy and Iberia.
From our network of vans - from the South Coast to Newcastle - we take our market to the chef, with whom we work closely on selecting the best seasonal and varied menu of cheeses for the board and plate. In response to calls from our chefs, we also stock a vast range of high quality cured meats, oils and patisserie products, including fine artisan chocolate. All of our range has a common link – the quality level is maintained through working with artisan and farmhouse producers. We share their passion in producing the best quality and best tasting food. And delivering to the chef at its peak; from a creamy Loire valley goats cheese to a West Country Blue, or a fiery chorizo, to a delicate, cold pressed, pistachio oil.
At Premier Cheese, we care for our cheeses beyond providing them to our chefs. We work only with the best establishments, united in our commitment to serving the finest meals to their customers. We happily share our knowledge with them and their front of house colleagues, who in turn introduce the customers to a wonderful selection of farmhouse cheeses. Now in our ninth year, Premier Cheese has seven depots in the South of the UK, including London, and soon will have 14 vans to supply our customers.
We are still as passionate today as we were the day Premier Cheese stared with its first van. As with our first van the chefs get into the vans to see, taste and choose the products they require, helped by our knowledgeable staff.
With the opening of our first shop in London and the on-line service, under the name "La Cave à Fromage", we are offering the quality that you will find in the finest restaurants direct to you. |
